Alhamdulillah wa salatu wa salam ala rasulullah (SAW) amma ba'd... Assalamualikum
I want to address my sisters on this issue and a broader issue related to this. But, first I will go straight into this issue and then briefly explain what I really wanted to say.
Allah(SWT) says in the Quran: "And he [Shaytan] said: ‘...and indeed I will order them to change the nature created by Allah.’ And whoever takes Shaytan as a Wali (protector/helper) instead of Allah, has surely, suffered a manifest loss” [al-Nisa’ 4:117-119]
Iblees will tell people to change the creation of Allah by tattooing, plucking eyebrows and filling the teeth. So next time, know that when you pluck your eyebrows your helping Shaytan fulfill his promise to Allah.
Abd-Allaah ibn Masood said: I heard the Messenger of Allaah (SAW) say:

“Allah has CURSED the woman who does tattoos and the one who has them done, the woman who plucks eyebrows and the one who has it done, and the one who files her teeth for the purpose of beauty, altering the creation of Allaah.” (Bukhaari, Muslim)
This is sufficient for one to leave plucking their eyebrows. Now you may say that "Otherwise I will look ugly". Sister, let me tell you that no on can honour you more than Allah did. He gave you your rights, the respect and love you deserve. He made the men lower their gaze when they see you. He gave you beauty. Your so beautiful, that He made hijab(covering) for you to protect you. You are much more beautiful than this world tells you. He made you who you are. Now your telling me that what Allah has given you is not beauty and that you can make yourself look better than He did? Seriously? Think about it.
I thought a while for the steps and here are some:
1. Make the intention to give it up for the sake of Allah
2. Do not go to the place where its done (salon, parlour, etc)
3. Thank Allah for what and how He made you
It is not just the eyebrows that i wanted to talk about, but rather about entirely the way you dress and view yourselves. Most of the girls tend to beautify themselves for the world to see them. (Some may say they do it for themseleves. Yeah, we know how much of that is true). But, my sisters, Islam honours you more than just few looks and comments. Have you ever tried going out without makeup? Well, some of you may not be able to imagine that. By doing so, you attract people towards yourselves and then you blame people for looking and judging you. Just go out without the makeup. Be who you are. Wear proper Hijab. Only then you will be judged by whats in you rather than just physical looks.
If I made any mistakes, it was from Shaytan and my own mistakes. If anything you find is useful, is from Allah as He guides whom He wills.
JazakAllahu Khairan. BarakAllah Fekkum and Salam...
