Iam going to explain 4 points to you, after which it will become clear to you that there is a God (if you are an atheist) and that Islam is the Truth (if your a believer in God but following another religion). You can also get answers of questions as to your purpose in life, why you are here and where will you be going after you die, how you came into existence, etc.

Similarities between Islam and Christianity
Similarities? Yeah, Muslims have things in common with the Christians but these are not known to common man. Islam is the only non-christian faith which believes in Jesus (pbuh). Anyone who does not believe in him is not a Muslim as is stated in Quran: "...We make no distinction between any of His messengers." [Baqarah 2:285]
